We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event one of our products does not meet your expectations, we encourage you to contact us to discuss so we can solve your problem in a fair, ethical and compassionate manner. 

We will reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition as per Australian Consumer Law. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us prior to returning any damaged goods.

Choosing the right product for you

Due to the high cost of our ingredients and the energy that goes into hand-crafting each product, we are unable to accept returns of opened or unopened products if you change your mind after you have purchased from us.

We encourage you try a sample our products first to see if it is a good fit for your skin.
